Someone reported my passing by mistake. Tap "I'm alive" in the app, on the notification, or in the email we sent you. Nothing is sent if you cancel within 48 hours.

I want to see what my recipients will get. Use "Send a test" in the app. You'll get every message yourself, labelled TEST, two minutes later.

I received a message. How do I keep a copy? Open the page from your email or text and use "Download video" and "Download letter" (or "Print") under "Save a copy".

My trusted contact lost their address. Remove them and add them again; they'll get a new invitation and a new private address.
